Return Policy for Online Purchases
McGuire Music accepts returns on damaged or defective products only. Returns must be filed within 48 hours of delivery, as shown by shipment tracking. All items must be returned in their original packaging and include all items that were shipped with it.
Returning an Item Purchased Online
To return a damaged or defective product purchased online, please call us at (765) 474-2942. Once approved, we'll issue a return authorization and then send you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply attach the shipping label to the original packaging, including all accessories and paperwork, and drop it off at a UPS location. We'll send you a replacement once we receive the defective item.
Instrument Playability for Online Purchases
When you purchase an instrument from McGuire Music, we take the time to make sure that it is set up properly and is in great playing shape. However, instruments' playability can be affected by the temperature and humidity changes it experiences while it is shipped to you, and instruments may require re-adjustment after shipment. When we ship an instrument to you, we can assist you with advice on adjusting and maintaining your instrument, but we make no guarantee as to its playability once it leaves our store.
